Workday Rising

2023

I led the creative on-site experience for Workday Rising, at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, CA. This included over 900+ branded deliverables in both Moscone buildings outside of the Expo floor.

With over 15,000 attendees, this was our biggest customer event to date. We partnered with our vendor and agency partners, Freeman and GPJ, in order to deliver a memorable experience for our attendees.

Larger than life…

This hanging installation acted as a backdrop for many social posts, as well as our main entry into the Expo space. It truly was an over-the-top, larger-than-life moment. Once completed, it was a 55’w x 18’h hanging installation.

Working cross-functionally.

As the lead designer for our on-site experience, I had eyes on our messaging journey as well as all of our digital assets. We had a large digital presence on our lobby floor that required collaborating with all our creative teams so the message as well as the visuals were consistent throughout all assets.

A very Workday fashion show.

This video played on a loop within our store space. We worked with our studio team and brought in Workmates to participate on a volunteer basis. It gave the opportunity for our studio to get a lil’ crazy with it, and it gave me the opportunity to play studio director for the day, win-win for everyone.
